Ever notice this about the so called anointed? The ones I've met seem to think they have these powers especially with the scriptures and some brothers and sisters treat them as such. I always thought this was weird and somewhat superstitious.

Multi-personalities, sounds good, lets all catch it!
by free2beme ini was in a congregation in california at one time growing up, and there was this weird thing that happened.
this woman in the congregation started saying she had multi-personalities.
basically, she had names for all these people living in her mind and she would change into them at time.

i was a third generation jw, did the elder thing, rasied two sons in the troof......both are out now, and we've never been closer.. .
is it me, or does it look weirder and weirder the longer you've been away??.

My people are easy targets, especially immigrants. They are in a foreign country and need a mental refuge. Most of the immigrants are ignorant when it comes to the bible and do not know the history of the WTs
That's what they hope to find, EASY TARGETS it's not just immigrants but people that are lonely and people that have little bible knowledge and people that are not familar with WT'S and if you have problems they will pretend to care.

Being rude is not only accepted, but expected.

as this time of the year, often brings the rudeness out, from even the nicest of people.
take for example what happened to me today.

When I hold a door open for someone I expect them to say thank you. It really urks me when they don't as if it's my job to hold it open for them. I always hold the door anyway and I say thank you ''good and loud'' when some one holds the door for me. Makes them feel better and me too. Good manners goes a long ways.

by justice for all inwhen i was baptized in 1996 the elders knew that i had doubts.i told them i did, thinking that would get me off the hook.they bapitzed me anyway.the sisters that came to my door were relentless and i didn't want to be rude.anyone else have this sort of experience?
